2026 · 07 · 23 25th IAHR-APD Congress draws 706 participants to Incheon “Hydro-environments in the Era of Climate Change and AI” was held 19–22 July at Songdo Convensia, with 587 presentations across 42 sessions.
2026 · 07 · 22 Hohai University to host the 27th IAHR-APD Congress in Nanjing, 2030 The Executive Committee approved the sole bid, for 14–18 July 2030 at the Xikang Road Campus under the theme “Water Intelligence and Resilience for a Shared Asia-Pacific Future”.
2026 · 07 · 22 Executive Committee for 2027–2028 elected in Incheon Prof. S. A. Sannasiraj was elected Chair and Prof. Sung-Uk Choi Vice-Chair, succeeding Prof. Norio Tanaka and Prof. Sannasiraj.

Journal of Hydro-environment Research

Launched in 2007 by Elsevier, JHER is the house journal of the Asian and Pacific Division of IAHR, sponsored by the Korean Water Resources Association. The journal provides an international platform for research and engineering applications related to water and hydraulic problems in the Asia-Pacific region.
